Holy Land Company presents the International

Multi-genre Festivals and Contests of Arts and Creativity

 

Fundamental goals of the project:

Acquaintance with the best creative teams,

identifying talented and gifted individuals,

creating opportunities for children and youth

to communicate creatively by showing the best examples

of the artistic traditions of national art,

exchange of experience in the work of artistic directors of collectives;

acquaintance with the culture and art of different countries of the world.

Project objectives:

- Popularization of young talents at the international level;

- Motivation of young performers to achieve high goals - to reveal their talent;

- Revealing the atmosphere for creative communication

of teams and leaders at the international level,

through the exchange of experience and creative repertoire;

Nominations and categories:

Singers  (pop, academic, folk, including folklore, song theater).

Solo / Ensemble (divided into duet, trio, quartet, etc.).

Evaluation criteria: musicality, artistic interpretation of a piece of music;

purity of intonation and sound quality; beauty of timbre and power of voice;

stage culture; the complexity of the repertoire,

the correspondence of the repertoire to the performing

abilities and the age category of the performer; performing skills.

CHOIR SINGING (academic, folk, pop direction).

Participants' performances are evaluated according to the following criteria:

- Intonation

- Sound quality

- Compliance with the score or the quality of interpretation (depending on the nomination)

- General impression of the performance.

INSTRUMENTAL GENRE (folk, symphonic, classical, pop, including jazz).

Solo / Ensemble (divided into duet, trio, quartet, etc.). Orchestra.

Evaluation criteria: degree of proficiency in the instrument;

the complexity of the repertoire and arrangement;

purity of intonation and musical structure;

technical capabilities of ensemble performance,

musicality, artistry, artistic interpretation of a musical work;

creative personality

CHOREOGRAPHY (folk, stylized folk, classical, children's, pop, modern,

jazz, dance theater, show, modern, sports dance).

Solo / Ensemble (divided into duet, trio, quartet, etc.).

Evaluation criteria: performing skills, technique of performing movements;

compositional construction of the number;

correspondence of the repertoire to the age characteristics of the performers;

stage performance (plastic, costume, props, performance culture);

artistry, disclosure of an artistic image.

THEATER  FASHION (ready-to-wear, evening wear,

children's wear, stage costume, historical costume, modern youth clothing).

The teams present the competition program (two collections) in the form of shows,

consisting of one or several themes. It is not divided into age groups.

Evaluation criteria: costume design; the integrity of the composition,

a single concept, the originality of the director's decision;

consistency in style (costume, hairstyle, choreography, musical accompaniment);

originality of the author's solution, the integrity of the collection;

unity of concept, silhouette forms and colors, musical design;

artistry of performance; quality and craftsmanship; the complexity of the artistic solution.

ORIGINAL GENRE (plastic sketch, juggling, clownery, etc.).

ATTENTION! All types, except those associated with air and fire.

Solo / Ensemble (divided into duet, trio, quartet, etc.).

It is not divided into age groups.

The circus collective is invited to present a circus composition.

Evaluation criteria: level of training and performing skills;

the technical capabilities of the team; artistry;

stage performance (plastic, costume, performance culture);

the complexity of the program being executed, the decoration of the program.

THEATER GENRE (dramatic, musical, puppet (without the use of picket equipment).

Collectives present for the competition small stage forms, solo performances,

sketches, scenes from performances and plays that have a compositionally complete character.

It is not divided into age groups.

Evaluation criteria: completeness and expressiveness

of the disclosure of the theme of the work;

disclosure and brightness of artistic images;

stage performance (plastic, costume, performance culture);

decoration of the performance, props; diction of actors;

correspondence of the repertoire to the age characteristics of the performers.

ARTISTIC WORD (prose, poetry, skaz, literary and musical composition).

Solo / Ensemble (divided into duet, trio, quartet, etc.).

Evaluation criteria: completeness and expressiveness of the disclosure

of the theme of the work; artistry, disclosure and brightness of artistic images,

performing level; diction; the complexity of the work performed;

the correspondence of the repertoire to the age characteristics of the performers.

ART. Painting / oil, watercolor, gouache, pastel, mixed media.

Graphics / drawing, art prints (engraving, lithography, monotype, etc.), poster, caricature, etc.

Sculpture / carving, carving, molding, casting, forging, embossing.

Evaluation criteria: creative personality and skill of the author;

knowledge of the basics of composition; possession of the technique in which the work is done;

originality of the disclosure of the topic; artistic taste and vision; color scheme.

DECORATIVE AND APPLIED CREATIVITY AND ARTS / decorative painting,

artistic embroidery, tapestries, batik, wicker weaving,

straws, pottery, wood carving and inlay, beaded handicrafts, macrame,

decoration with national clothes and crocheting, knitting, knitting etc.

Evaluation criteria: creative personality and skill of the author;

knowledge and display of national characteristics of fisheries;

possession of the chosen technique; color ratios of products;

correct use of ornamental motifs in compositions; aesthetic value of products;

artistic taste and originality in the use of material for making products.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND PHOTOGRAPHY portraits, still lifes, landscapes,

genre, reportage events, made on photographic film,

digital cameras in black and white or color.

Evaluation criteria: creative personality and skill of the author;

originality of the disclosure of the topic; artistic taste

; knowledge of the basics of composition and lighting;

color scheme; possession of photographic equipment and a computer.

Time limit for speeches:

  • Soloists (vocals) present a program in any language
  • with a total duration of no more than 5 minutes.
  • Choreographic and circus groups present two numbers
  • with a total duration of no more than 5 minutes.
  • Choral and folklore groups, fashion theaters, folklore ensembles,
  • instrumental ensembles and performers present
  • a program with a total duration of up to 5 minutes.
  • Collections submitted to the competition in the nominations
  • "Theater of Fashion" must meet the following requirements:

- artistic expressiveness and spectacular brightness of the collection;

- harmony of style and imagery;

- the duration of the show of one collection is no more than 10 minutes.

  • Musical and children's theaters present mini-performances on any topic
  • (scenery, costumes, musical accompaniment).
  • The performance time should not exceed twenty minutes.
  • ARTISTIC WORD -1.2 compositions total duration no more than 5 minutes

In order to popularize national cultures, it is desirable to include in the festival

program numbers that convey folk or national traditions (songs, dances, etc.),

as well as the presence of national symbols (flags, costumes, etc.)

In the nominations FINE ARTS, DECORATIVE-APPLIED CREATIVITY,

ARTISTIC CRAFTS, PHOTOGRAPHY, PHOTOGRAPHY the following

requirements for the participant in terms of the number of works!

1 participant submits from 1, 2 works!

2,3,4 participants can also submit from 1, 2 works per participant!

from 5 to 10 participants, 1 work per participant!

with 10 or more participants, 1 work per participant!

Application rules, cost and payment terms.

After receiving the application by the Organizing Committee,

the participant will be sent an invoice for payment and a link to register the festival

Your application is considered registered only after the payment of the entry fee.

 

 Attention!
If the participant's performance exceeds the allotted time, it is paid as an additional nomination!
The duration of the participant's video recording must not be recorded later than 6 months!

 

Dear Participants!

After payment, you must send a scanned photocopy of the payment receipt.

A participant wishing to participate in an additional nomination pays 50% of it.

For people with disabilities, disabled people, and for orphans 50% discount

If the participant does not appear, the funds will not be returned.

In case of non-payment before the specified deadline,

the organizing committee has the right to reject the applications of the participants, without refunding the previously paid funds.

The registration fee is non-refundable.

 

 

 

Organizational and technical requirements.

  1. The preparation and conduct of the competition is
  2. carried out by the Organizing Committee.
  3. The organizing committee approves the composition of the jury for each nomination.
  4. The organizing committee has the right to use and distribute
  5. (without paying fees to the participants of the competition)
  6. audio and video recordings, printed and other types
  7. of products produced as a result of the competition.
  8. The organizing committee accepts claims on the organization
  9. of the competition-festival ONLY IN WRITTEN FORM!
  10. Arising controversial issues are resolved through negotiations with the Competition Directorate
  11. The performer bears all responsibility for the performance of the work (permission of the authors).
  12. Video and photographic materials, ideas for competitions,
  13. attributes and logos are the property of the organizing committee
  14. of the International Multi-genre Art and Creativity Contests use by
  15. others for commercial purposes is possible only with the written permission of the Directorate.
  16. Questions not covered by these Regulations are decided by the organizing committee of the competition.
  17. THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE HAS THE RIGHT TO FINISH
  18. THE ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATIONS BEFORE THE STATED DATE,
  19. IN CONNECTION WITH A LARGE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS CALLED,
  20. or to extend the acceptance of applications in case of a small number.

Organizational and technical requirements

Technical requirements for the competition video:

- The name of the video must contain the last name,

first name of the participant and the city or the name of the collective and the city.

- The work must be in one video.

- The video should not contain editing elements, as well as gaps.

- For designers, artists and decorative and applied arts - an entry with the presentation of the surname,

name, age, country, city, title of work and description of the work - technique, image, idea.

When introducing a participant, the participant himself must be visible on the recording,

then the work in close-up and the voice "off-screen".

In a pandemic, videos from other competitions, home videos and some deviations

from the specifications in the competition video are allowed.

Special requests:

- it is important for participants in the instrumental genre

to provide a video showing the performer's hands;

- filming a performance on stage in general light (without the use of special light effects);

home videos are also allowed.

- the participant before the performance must give:

his name and surname, age, country, city and performed works.

- for design, photography and photography nominations,

photographs of works are welcome (attached to the letter,

sent together with the application (optional).

The following competitive material is not allowed to participate:

- video containing advertisements for other festivals-contests

- video with advertising logos

- videos with very low sound / shooting quality

- video exceeding the time limit

- video with a repertoire of obscene content

- Forbidden: performance of vocalists under the phonogram "plus".

Participation in the Competition-Festival implies the unconditional

consent of the participants to all clauses of this provision,

and also means the consent of the participant to the processing,

storage and use of personal information (name, age, place of work,

place of study, city of residence) in the technical documentation

of the competition on paper and electronic media,

as well as consent to the publication of this information

on the Internet on resources belonging to the International Contest .

The age of the participant is not limited !!!

The organizers pay special attention to the participants on

the need to familiarize themselves with the current Regulation.

- Participants agree with the Organizers' right to use audio,

video and photo materials received from applications,

concerts, etc. - for marketing and advertising purposes.

By submitting an application, competition materials,

photo and video materials, participants agree that the information

will be used by the organizing committee for the festival and competitive selection,

judging by jury members, publication on the organizing committee website,

partner resources, social networks and advertising materials

that contribute to the work and popularization festival.

- The founder of the competition-festival reserves the right to change

and supplement the Terms and Conditions in this Regulation, up-to-date information on the site!

The event is held in the format of the International Multi-genre Art and Creativity Contest

 Winners (Laureates of the first, second and third prizes, as well as Grand Prix winners)

in each age category and in each nomination are evaluated by a competent Jury, whose decision is not contested.

 The jury consists exclusively of professionals in the field of music,

vocals, choreography, theater, poetry, visual and applied arts.

 At the request of the participants, personalized letters of thanks are

provided to sponsors and organizations that have provided support in preparing for the festival.

The jury has the right to establish special diplomas:

"For high accompanist art"

 "Best choreographer work"

 "For high performing skills"

 "For high pedagogical skill", etc.

Diplomas are issued in English!

If the participant has not indicated in advance, that is,

until the last day of the deadline for submitting applications,

the name of the leader or accompanist,

diplomas are issued only in the name of the participant

without indicating the name of the teacher, leader and accompanist in the diploma!

A participant who applies for diplomas for a teacher, leader,

accompanist after the completion of the application

can receive a diploma for $ 5 USA (separately per person).

When registering, it is important to indicate the exact email address

to which diplomas will be sent. You should pay attention to the exact

and correct name and surname of the participant, teacher,

leader or accompanist, in English for the diploma, since diplomas are not altered !!!

General criteria for evaluating performances:

The professional jury determines the diploma winners,

laureates of 1, 2, 3 degrees and the Grand Prix of the competition-festival.

The number of grand prix can reach from 1 to 10.

Participants are evaluated in each category, in each age category.

The jury evaluates the performance by closed voting.

The jury may divide the title of the laureate among several participants.

The jury has the right not to award the

Grand Prix if there are no worthy applicants for this title.

On the recommendation of the jury,

the best groups can be awarded with preferential invitations

to participate in other festival and concert programs organized by the International Association.

The jury's decisions are not subject to appeal.

The organizing committee is not responsible for the

decision of the jury and the awarding of places to the participants.
